Administration & Communication Assistant

LEAP Sports are looking to recruit an Administration and Communication Assistant to work at our office in Glasgow. This job is only available to those aged 25 and over and living in South Lanarkshire or East Dunbartonshire due to specific targeted funding to support increased job opportunities in these areas. This is an opportunity targeted at someone who is currently out of work.  

Job Title: Administration & Communication Assistant

Accountable to: Business Support Manager

Location: Baltic Chambers, Glasgow with travel required for events

Hours: The job is 30 hours per week, worked across 4 days. These days are flexible and may vary. Some home working may be required

Salary: You will be paid monthly at a rate of £9.90 per hour

Duration: Fixed term contract of maximum 26 weeks

The Administration & Communication Assistant will support LEAP Sports to enhance its work through admin support including general office processes and procedures, and by providing admin support to our project workers. They will also help build our communications reach through maintaining our communication tools and platforms, preparing and developing social media content. Finally, helping out with practical tasks around many of our events.
