Get active and connect with your community through Out & About Ayrshire

Out and About in Ayrshire is a LEAP Sports' activity project, for LGBTIQ+ people aged 18+.

The group offers a space for LGBTIQ+ people to meet and become more active in Ayrshire, improving both physical and mental wellbeing. We organise regular sessions including outdoor and indoor activities, sports taster sessions and courses that are all suitable for beginners and free to participate in!

What you can expect:

• Access to free, inclusive sports tasters and activities
• 1:2:1 and peer support
• Connection to local LGBTIQ+ sports groups

Who can join?

• Must identify as LGBTIQ+
• Must be aged 18+ 
• Must live within Ayrshire (Includes areas within North/South/East/West Ayrshire)
