Youth Cup
February 20th 2022
On Sunday 20th of February 2022, youth groups from across Scotland will come together to battle it out at the 9th annual National Tenpin Bowling Competition to mark LGBT History Month. The event will take place at Tenpin in Falkirk from 1:40 - 4:15pm.
Sign up here by the 31st of January!
To take part, you need teams of 6 people, which should mainly include LGBTIQ+ young people, but youth workers and volunteers are welcome to take part. Each team will have 2 games and we will add the scores together. Taking part is free, all you need to do is get your team together and get to the venue. We’ll even provide you with lunch and a soft drink.
If you think your youth group might like to put a team into the tournament, fill in the form here or email remi@leapsports.org. There are only spaces for 7 teams, so get signed up early to avoid disappointment!

LGBT History Month is an annual LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender) event which takes place every February and celebrates all things LGBT – past, present and future. It brings the community together through a wide variety of events including arts, film screenings, coffee mornings, poetry readings, charity events and more. LEAP Sports Scotland works with LGBT History Month to ensure that sport events and activities take place throughout the month.
Further details about LGBT History Month can be found on their website, as well as on Facebook and Twitter.
