FvH Scottish shortlist announced

Football v Homophobia Awards 2026

The Football v Homophobia 2026 shortlisted nominations have been revealed, and we say a huge congratulations to the shortlisted nominees for the Football v Homophobia Scotland Award:

  • Slay FC
  • Ibrox Pride
  • Stenhousemuir Rainbow Warriors

Ibrox Pride have also been shortlisted for the hotly contested Supporter's Group Award. Each of these nominees represents the passion, commitment and community power behind LGBTIQ+ inclusion in Scottish football. The FvH Scotland Award recognises individuals, groups, leagues and clubs making a meaningful difference to LGBTIQ+ inclusion within Scottish football communities, from tackling discrimination, to creating safer and more welcoming spaces, to championing visibility and participation.

The LGBTIQ+ football community and allies from around the UK and beyond will be coming together in London to celebrate the brilliant inclusion work happening across the game. Tickets for the awards night are available via the Football v Homophobia website.

This year's awards follow up on the 2025 awards being hosted by LEAP Sports and the FvH Scotland team in Glasgow with the celebration held at Òran Mor. Saltire Thistle FC winning both the Grassroots and FvH Scotland awards.
