This class will focus on connecting to the body, the breath, and the feeling of flowing through space. It will include a warmup, movement exploration, and will end with a short combination. I hope it will be a place for discovery and rediscovery, whether you are new to dance or inhabit dance in all you do.

LGBTIQ+ women’s cycling programme

We will be running a 6 week cycle confidence course for LGBTIQ+ women in April/ May. Please contact robin@leapsports.org if you would like to attend. We have 4 bikes available for people to borrow, please contact Robin in early April if you need to borrow a bike. The sessions will be aimed at people who have learnt to cycle, can pedal and start and stop safely, but who aren’t confident to go on the roads. We will work on things like steering, looking behind you whilst cycling along, changing gears, cycling on cycle paths and quiet roads and learning about assertive road positioning.
