New Board members

We are pleased to announce the appointment of 2 new members joining the Board of Trustees.  

Keir Stewart is a former International Gymnast who is currently the Technical Director for Olympic Disciplines on the Board of Scottish Gymnastics — as part of this role he is the Equalities Champion. He also has a strong commercial background working for A G Barr as Retail and Sales Support Operations Controller, working across a number of customer-facing and strategic roles.

Ruth Ann McCalla is a Jamaican national and former civil servant who has been living in Scotland for 4 years. Ruth is involved with a number of organisations such as Scottish Refugee Council and LGBT Health and Wellbeing. Ruth also offers support to Asylum Seekers who are escaping persecution from their home country because of their own sexuality and experiences of trauma through LGBT Unity.

We think Ruth and Keir will make excellent contributions to our Board of Trustees and we look forward to working with them.
