About the club

Saltire Thistle are Glasgow’s LGBTIQ+ inclusive football team. We currently compete in the GFSN national league with other inclusive LGBTIQ+ teams which sees us travel across the UK, and a mini league which is played across Glasgow and Edinburgh, as well as arranging regular friendlies.

We train most Wednesday evenings from around 7-9pm at Glasgow Green Football Centre. Your first session is completely free for you try out to see if you would like to join us as a member.

We also run a monthly social 5’s game usually on the last Friday of every month, which is a chance for you to play a 5-a-side game with some of the team and the chance to socialise afterwards. This is usually held at Powerleague Glasgow.

Whether you’re a beginner, amateur or experienced player, all abilities and genders are welcome.
