Walking / Outdoor Activities, Running in Glasgow
About the club
Fancy trading the pavement for some muddy trails and fresh air? Join the Wild Trails Running Group for laid-back, inclusive, and social trail running meet-ups. Sessions are open to women (inclusive of trans women) and non-binary people, whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out on the trails. The focus is on enjoying the outdoors, getting a bit muddy, and connecting with other like-minded folk to run with.
We meet twice a month in either Pollok Park, Linn Park, or Rouken Glen Park for either a 60 minute or a 30 minute session. Regular running shoes are fine if you don’t have trail running shoes, and bring a headtorch from late September to early April. You can find more information including the dates, location and duration at https://skylarkguiding.co.uk/trail-running-in-glasgow-2/
The Wild Trails Running Group is part of Skylark Guiding. Skylark Guiding offers guided hikes, trail running, and outdoor skills courses for women (inclusive of trans women) and non-binary people.
