When we meet

  • LGBTIQ+ Gentle Yoga Tuesday 5:45pm
This class is funded by the Highland Mental Health and Wellbeing Fund, it provides a supportive space to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga. This is a gentle class with traditional asanas conducted in a mindful way with attention to the breath. The focus is not just on strength and flexibility but also on relaxation and mental quiet. Our studio is an accessible and inclusive space, you can participate in this yoga class from a yoga mat or a yoga chair. The classes will run weekly and after each class students can remain in the studio to socialise informally as refreshments will be provided.
